How Does a Travel Ball Photo Program Work?

•        No charge to your league or team and we come to you!
•        Coaches/League pick the team photo design and banner size
•        Sponsorship program help available
•        All photos are captured individually and digitally composited into individual and team photos
•        Once a player is photographed, they are free to leave; no waiting for a team picture!
•        Professional lighting and modifiers, along with a trained staff are onsite at every photo day

What Team Picture and Banner Choices are Available?

•        Standard 8x10 Custom Team Photo
•        Coaches/Coordinators choose from a design catalog – designs matched to team colors
•        Vinyl banners with grommets for hanging – choice of 2x3 or 4x5 - larger sizes available just ask!
•        Option for a discount on banners with the booking of an entire league (min 6 teams) – up to a free banner! (only with a single date, no makeups or splitting days)
•        Info on bottom of banner can include player names & numbers and sponsor logos

League Picture Day Coordinator

•        One person to be the main contact for the league; work with us to coordinate picture day schedule, communicate to parents online ordering and coordinate delivery of orders to coaches
•        Determine the background for each team, we provide the choices
•        Confirm the dedicated web page accurate for your league
•        We reward our team coordinator's with discounted or free products (depending on the size of the league)

 Scheduling a Photo Day

•        We work with your team coordinator to schedule a date and time that works for your teams
•        Indoor locations required to avoid any weather issues including wind and consistent lighting
•        All photos taken individually then digitally composited into individual and team photos
•        Once a player is photographed, they are free to leave; no waiting for a team picture!

Online Ordering after Picture Day

•        This is available after photo day to order additional items
•        Approximately 2-3 weeks after Photo Day, all individual player’s photos will be uploaded to our website, www.LenshotbyJeff.shootproof.com where player’s pictures will be available for purchase
•        Photos will be the same pose and background from picture day
•        Photos ordered online will be shipped directly to the customer’s home (shipping rates apply)
•        Not all products are available online. Note: online prices are slightly higher due to smaller orders vs the volume discounts with a team/league

Fund Raising

•        We have programs to help your league raise money to offset your costs of equipment, travel and other expenses. 
•        Leagues – show your appreciation to sponsors by including their logos on team banner
•        Leagues can decide the amount to ask for each sponsorship level. 100 percent of all sponsorship money goes directly to your league, we provide this service as a funding opportunity for our communities

 Traditional Rec Leagues

•        A minimum number of teams does apply
•        Traditional on-the-field or digitally composited options available
•        Need a league contact to work with us – coordinate picture day and communicate to the league all details including online ordering
•        LenShot by Jeff photographs all sports, including softball, soccer, volleyball, football, hockey, lacrosse, basketball, wrestling, swimming and more!
•        Don’t forget events such as school plays, cub scouts, gymnastics, cheer and more!

Delivery and Turnaround Time

•        Orders are delivered directly to a league contact person, which will be boxed and labeled by team, or for a per-order mailing charge, orders can be shipped directly to parents

•        Orders will be securely packaged and labeled, ready to be handed to coaches or a team representative within 15-18 days – banners arrive much faster after approval usually 3-4 business days if shipping direct to the league coordinator

Attending a League or Board meeting

•        Our ownership frequently attends League Board Meetings – we will do a presentation on what offers are available to your league – we will explain how photo day works, bring samples and describe what types of products are available to parents, answer any questions you may have on how we can provide a professional, organized and fun photo day
•        Fundraising opportunities can be discussed with multiple options available
•        We know that players and parents want a successful photo day with friendly, knowledgeable photo staff, many fun and innovative products to choose from and create a memory to last a lifetime!
•        We respect coaches’ time and run your photo day quickly and efficiently and staff accordingly to minimize wait times!
